All you have to do is send in a copy of the book and wait (you can pay to get to the front of the queue but I didn't).

Apologies but here's a bit more showing off. Just got the review back for my second collection - 'Old Friends'. This has had far fewer Amazon reviews and I was worried that people didn't like it.
