Can anyone recommend a good formatting Software, this is for a print run not an eBook.

Not sure what it is you are looking for here, but most print-on-demand publishers have templates to ensure that work is formatted to their requirements. Other than that, your word-processor should do the main job via page set-up and paragraph set-up.

Unless I very much mistaken, Microsoft Word will do the job perfectly.
