Word game

Apparently FORTY is the only number in the English language with all its letters in the same order.
As it's a wet Sunday, waste a few minutes thinking of other words.

  • Do you mean the same order as in the alphabet?
  • Alm, Alms, art, arty, ant, dip, git, most, lost, host, hip..there's loads. Tell whoever said it so.
  • Oh! The only number. *Decides not to read again till sugar up enough ice lolly clearly not enough*
  • What about backwards in order? One.
  • And only one.
  • FACETIOUS - all the vowels are in the right order.
  • I thought this was meant to be a serious thread, TN. :)

  • Liz - it took me three goes to realise they'd said 'number' too. Perhaps I can blame low sugar levels as well?
