In search of an old book title

My daughter Debs - the one who's just had a baby - wants to find a book she used to read to the children she nannied for 25 years ago!
All she remembers is that is was a rhyming picture book about a roller coaster, and the line "Under, over, roller coaster."
Can anyone help?

I hate that when you can't think of a book. I read a book as a child and I can't remember what it was called and I don't think I'll ever find it

It's a children's book. A baby is stolen from her pram. These ghoulish people go back in time and steal this little girl from her pram when's she a baby- to be more accurate.
Also she is sitting talking to an angel and he proves he's an angel because he doesn't have a belly button and he makes a tree grow from a pip from a fruit she's eating.

There's another sci-fi one where all I can remember is something about seeing things from the corner of your eyes and people from all universes being teleported into a house or something but I can't remember why. Unless I have two books confused there

It wasn't that bad. The child was stolen as a baby, I read some odd kids books
e.g goosebumps and point horror
