Samsung Tab3 - help please

When I turn on my tablet, before I swipe the screen to unlock it, there's the date and my name and phone number.
But my name hasn't got a capital Y and the phone number is my old Tenerife one.

Does anyone know how I can edit them? I've looked through Settings and can't find out how.

    You should be able to download a pdf of the instruction manual from Samsung's website.
