I tell myself this every morning!
Getting turned down from the MA has made me much more productive. I've knuckled down to complete a first draft of a children's novel, rewritten a picture book text that wasn't working, and written two new ones.
I've created a list of publishers to approach with my picture book texts before the summer hols (thanks to Lou for her brilliant blog articles, you're an inspiration!) and will then edit my novel MS and maybe approach the Golden Egg academy (or similar). I can't fit in an Arvon course this year but hopefully next year.
I will not be defeated! I will not give up on my dreams! I will stop typing though...
