edited May 2009 in - Reading
Has anyone else read this. I am reading it at the moment. Just was wondering on the thoughts of others.

  • Yes, I've read it. It's a good laugh. There are a few other threads about this if you do a search.
  • Yes me too very funny. I entered the comp in the back of the book last year ( not sure if thats in there now?) and was shortlisted!
  • Yes it's a good book. Although I don't read Writer's Guides any longer - take it all with a pinch of salt!

I've learned more from reading than any book on how-to write.
  • I think JWJ is laugh-out-loud funny - and I love this book. She has told it like it is from her own personal experience and in my opinion, it works. Lots of good advice for beginners and more seasoned writers alike.
  • That was the first book I read when I decided to start writing last year - funny and informative! Very good advice... =)
