    That's why....I never work in libraries...too silent.

    The basic reason for having libraries is to encourage people to read books, either for entertainment or education.

    It's a good idea for a one off, if it helps people become interested in books. If this sort of thing is scheduled sensibly around other activities so's not to encroach on quiet reading times, there's no problem.

    Good on them I say.
