  • I always think it must be Manchester United. Um. Or is it?
  • No, Leeds United, Jay.
Cloughie had a short tempestuous spell there before he moved to our East Midlands clubs (Derby and Nott'm Forest).
The book upset the Clough family and many fans.
  • To me, he's Derby and The Baseball Ground.
  • Yes.
Part of the A52 road is named Brian Clough Way- A52 runs from Nottingham to Derby.
The old Derby ground was cleared- they play at Pride Park now.
  • Ooh thanks Carol!

Have a few more books to wade through for Uni, then I'm plunging into Red Riding 1977. Sister is buying the DVDs for my birthday (missed it on TV - have to read the books first though!)
