    interesting i suppose the problem with that is getting to know the characters and how they would react to the situations you put them in... it would feel like steeling someone elses characters....

    I tried that BBC short story comp two years ago, where you had to finish the story. Couldn't do it. No feel for the character or the writing style. I would have just been imitating.
