New Eastbourne Writers Comp 'The Journey'

The New Eastbourne Writers group is running a short story comp and would like to attract entries from further afield. I said I'd add a little plug here so this is their blurb:

We are delighted to announce the launch of the first New Eastbourne Writers Short Story Competition.
The theme is THE JOURNEY

Genre: SHORT STORY – FICTION

Theme: THE JOURNEY

Word Count: MAXIMUM 1500 WORDS (excluding title)

Prizes: 1st Prize £50, 2nd Prize £20, 3rd Prize £10

Entry fee: £5 per entry or £7 for two

Closing date: 27 AUGUST 2010

Judges: JOAN MOULES and PETER LOVESEY

Lily, I'm considering entering, but I'm not sure I can as it says you have to be over the age of 16...
