Another arrival to announce - this time a book, for free

Can't keep pace with all the excitement here. After the joy of our granddaughter's arrival in the early hours of yesterday, slightly less important but still good news - Coventry Writers' Group has just released a second anthology, called 'Christmas Tales'.

The title is self-explanatory. It contains, as before, as mix of short stories and poems, some serious and reflective, others light and humorous (and one or two that are possibly both).

The exciting news is that we're giving it away free. You can download it in various formats, including Amazon Kindle, from Smashwords at http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/113914

    Yes, I have a story in it called 'Carol: A Ghost Story for Christmas 2012'

    (The Carol, I should say, is not our friend Carol here!)

    And the year is not a misprint - read it and you'll see why.

    It doesn't download to the kindle if you try to get it from your computer - this is the second book I have had this problem with adn I am not sure if I can get tio the website on my kindle - it is wifi enablled but I am not that expereienced with the kindle yet.

    I will look into this, Lolli... though actually it should be free on Amazon soon, if they do the usual price-matching, so you should be able to get it from there.
