    As Dorothy says, it helps me keep my sanity, and I love having a group of like-minded friends all over the world who I can talk to at any time of the day.

    If you consider it as a number of conversations among you and a number of different people then it is very easy to build up to a thousand or two thousand over three months- especially if you 'talk' every day.
