Playing with mud again

edited July 2013 in Writing
... never wanted to. What am I to do? I can't help it.
Those last are examples of simple sentences according to my grammar book ( Peck & Coyle ) The first are fragments but of what use is grammar to the poet anyway? The sumptuous, squelchiness of mud is my concern. What the bay tree I ousted from its cosy pot and planted with eight gallons of water, in the lawn, thinks of it is anybody's guess. I hope it does not give way to a trifid.
