Went for a walk, lovely, hot, sunny. When at the furthest point from home, downpour. None of us had coats, one of us had whooping cough, I decided not to take the umbrella.
Got home looking like drowned rats and had to wash goodness knows what off of Lola... who is now flaked out.
We could see our breath when we went out at 9am. It was a very pretty morning, with mist in the valley and the hilltops in the sunshine. Everything's getting that September colour to it now.
