How many still unaware of this issue?

I wonder how many people who have inherited rights from authors who have died are aware of this issue.

    Another reason why it's useful to have an agent to maintain a literary estate.

    Fine if you have a big literary estate, but many writers don't, and unless the person taking it on is up to date with issues, they won't realise.
