Not read it, but I did read 'Housekeeping' by her and she is a wonderful writer.

  • I'm not familiar with this author; will have to investigate.
  • I'll look out for it Richard
  • I actually bought this book last weekend, the cover caught my eye! I'll look forward to reading it. What do you think makes her a wonderful writer, Richard? It's always interesting to know what makes somebody admire a writer.
  • Her writing is so poetic, lyrical, gentle yet powerful, that it reels you in and hypnotises you. It makes you wonder how deeply inside herself she needs to go to bring all of this out. It's probably why she's only written three novels in twenty-five years or so. Anyway, the writing is beautiful and moving and well worth the time spent reading.
