To be honest, V, you'd be amazed how many pupils in our school DO touch type. Faster than me, boys and girls. But you're right; it's so easily picked up. like riding a bike. It should form part of the IT curriculum but they have such a packed syllabus that there isn't room.
That's interesting about your fave way to edit. So do you keep your hard copy 'alive' until you're happy with it, then do all adjustments on file and hey-presto: your finished book?
