Just been reading about a copyright issue mentioned on a number of blogs- there are links from it to the main story.

But there are some useful clarifications if you are ever confused about copyright.

Can't believe the blogger said, " It actually makes me feel sorry for her, and there is a real apology in there." my arse. She's only contrite because she got busted stealing and it's turned up she's been pinching from a lot more people. Her initial reaction was to try and put the 'Original writer' in her place by telling her she should be paying her for editing the piece. Then it kicked off because we all know what theft is and everyone came down hard on her for her having sticky fingers that cling to other folks work. So she comes out with a half-arsed apology, which comes across as whiny. Good enough the hack little magazine is being killed off. Her thieving name will forever be mud.

At least this bad practice has been outed and as a consequence she will not be able to do it again.
