Does anyone know of any journal software or a Word template?
I want to keep an electronic diary instead of using a paper notebook and pen. I have been using a word document and writing the date each time I make a few notes.

Sorry can't answer your query, but I'm sure someone on TB will know the answer.
In Microsoft Office 2010 there is something called OneNote (think thats the right name) and it allows you to create notebooks. Whats more, you can supposedly write anywhere on the page, with arrows between things (I've only used it once so still messing about with it). Also if you copy and paste something from online it will also paste the link which is handy for future reference. Maybe google it and see if it's what you had in mind. I get the impression it can handle anything, tables, photos, diagrams etc so quite useful for a scrapbook/notebook.
