Yes I did say I was leaving the forum, but I have just dropped in to tell you about my first book and it's success. First of all those that can get this you will be able to watch my interview on Portugal's National news channel RTP ( equal to the BBC) I will be featured between 1:pm & 2:pm tomorrow on the national news, then again in the evening. My launch also went well,had many VIP's turn up and I will post photo's of the event on my site soon as this blows over. We teamed up the publishers and Kiss FM and gave one of my books as a prize that was won on a live radio show hosted by Sir Owen Gee Windows. I gave a live feature interview and then a few days later another radio interview with a national radio station, broadcast across Portugal. I had a surprise uninvited guest who turned up. Dave Jones, creature of the Fireman Sam series. I was very well behaved and only had one glass of wine. not sure some of you lot would have restrained from just the one free glass of wine. :O)

Thank you Liz, I love Pietra Dura a real art form and a skill. I gave up the miniatures some years ago, but I am still the only person in the world to have done it in miniature, sitting in museums around the globe. It was a great time but needed much solitude, unlike writing I can do it anywhere even when things are going on in the background.
