how to transfer an ebook

A reviewer has asked me to send a book to her kindle email address. Yes, I said blithely. Anyone know how? I can't find it in the help topics anywhere.

    Baggy will know.

    But I'd assume she'd need to confirm it so you know it's gone to the right person's Kindle.

    Just send it as an attachment. But they need to add your email address to their Kindle.

    Thanks. I gave up and sent a voucher. If you just send a file can't it be freely distributed?

    Yes, but that's how I receive books to review. There's an element of trust needed. I don't pass them on.
