Reviewing on a blog

I'm currently writing a post on my In Search of Serenity blog, and it seems it is turning into a bit of a review. It started off as a post about my anxiety issues and then I started mentioning some relaxation CDs that I purchased off Amazon. Can I review on a blog? Are there any dos and don'ts when reviewing on a blog? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes and yes. I have a site just for that: www.read-reviewed.com

    Although I don't always add a link to Amazon, I often do.

    Thanks, Baggy. My worry is that it is part about my anxieties driving and part review. It doesn't say on the cds that they are to be used when driving, I have tried them for relaxation and they don't work for me there. They do work elsewhere. Could I mention that?
