    Having just returned home from work, I just knew the letter from Mslexia was a rejection, what I wasn't expecting was:

    "Your details have been entered in our database of woman writers . . .we have already commissioned quite a few women who have contacted us out of the blue to contribute features or write reviews.  Others, with a passion or expertise in a particular area, have helped in our research into various topics".

    I would be happy to recieve more letters like that!.
