I was on msn with a friend the other night, and we had contests to see whose reactions were faster on Pickwick's fun page (Pickwick is Thursday's re-engineered dodo) - hours of fun, and completely useless :o)
Have you read Malcolm Pryce's Aberystwyth books? The humour is similar to Jasper and I think they're fab, but having lived in Aber for five years I could be biased.
