I've been shortlisted!!!

edited May 2008 in - Writing Tales
I can't believe I've been shortlisted. A few months ago I sent four haiku to a competition, and tried to forget about it. Today I got a letter saying it's been shortlisted and they want to publish it! :-)

  • Sorry to chuck a spanner in the works but shouldn't a traditional haiku have a syllable count of 5 - 7 - 5. Yours is 4 - 5 - 4. Was it special Aussie rules?? But I do like it, so congrats anyway!
