  • It is very telling that the original book Dracula has never been out of print since first published in 1897. I wonder if this sequel, jointly penned by a Hollywood scriptwriter, will also stand the test of time. They say they want to give Bram Stoker back his literary dignity after all the trashy reproductions, but my guess is more likely that they want to cash in on the name. Well, good luck to them. Wish I had a literary great-aunt to exploit.
  • I won't be reading it, not interested.
  • Dracula is a classic - I only hope they can do it justice and, more importantly, not f*** it up.
  • No i wont be reading it ether not my cup of tea.
  • Re the article - if your surname was Stoker, would you call your son Dacre?
  • Perhaps it was to be exotic because of the connection with Bram Stoker.
  • Jenny, I would if we were actually related to Bram.
