Sorry to hear of the death of your father Rosalie, you will feel that you have been tipped upside down, inside out and off this very planet. Take care of yourself, if you can force yourself to stick to regular meal times and sleep times then it helps no end while you keep yourself going to deal with formalities and practicalities.
