What's your favourite book title?
I'm writing a blog post about this and would love to know what you like and why. Are there any books where the title alone makes you want to read it?
I think my favourite is By Grand Central Station I Sat Down and Wept. Just typing it I'm thinking I've got to read it again.

I ask because one of my favourite titles: A Farewell to Arms is a book I've never read!
Why do I like the title? It's very poetic. I read somewhere that this wasn't Hemingway's first choice as a title. I can't remember what the original was, except that it was awful.
"Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe"
I've not read the book but loved the film
"Life Death and Vanilla Slices"
Cleverly structured plot - a good read
