Apologies all for getting behind in my commenting - I have just been to the Feardom for some catching up and have now posted comments for the latest stories. Pixie - wow!
Still got a few to read but having read Lily's 'Birthright' early this morning they'll have to step up their game to compete. Great series and a great idea.
you made it look stunning, Lily, and thanks so much for the good words - and for inviting me in with such talented writers! I am really honoured, and that's not just me being falsely modest, I mean it.
I loved your story, Dorothy! I could see it all happening! Left a comment.
And Lily, the poem was... I want to say lovely, but should say horrific... Perhaps I should say it was horrifyingly lovely!
Red's third, and penultimate piece 'Push' is today's terrifying fiction on the February Femmes Fatales showcase.
This is an absolutely brilliant write, and together with an appreciation of the skill in Ally's penning I've given it a fairly long intro before the story starts. I say 'story' but this is human degradation at its worst; this kind of thing happens every day - and to me there's more horror in what human beings do to themselves and each other than any monster that cares to hide under the bed.
Definitely comes with a warning. http://lilychildsfeardom.blogspot.com/2011/02/aj-humpage-oh-human-horror-february.html
Congratulations on a great project, Lily. Still got some to catch up on what with half term and visitors, but will be back to read and comment on the rest soon.
Repeating what I said on your blog for people that havent visited, well done Lily and thanks for bringing some amazing stories and authors to our attention!
And to the people that havent been to the blog, what are you playing at?! Lily's blog is amazing!
I am bereft, no FFF to dip into this morning for thrills, chills and the sheer delight of such talented writers. More please, Lily, give up the day job and make it a regular thing!!!! (only joking, I think...)
Invitations to take part in February Femmes Fatales 2012, a daily, online showcase of dark fiction or poetry written by women will be sent out from tomorrow.
If you would like to contribute 100 - 1000 words, whisper your email address to me and I'll send you details.
See the first FFF for an idea of what I'm looking for http://lilychildsfeardom.blogspot.com/p/february-femmes-fatales.html
Although there is no payment I may publish the first two year's FFFs as an e-book; details to be sent to contributors.
Thank you to TBers that have expressed an interest. As above, if you would like to be included please whisper your email address to me and I will send you the details.
February Femmes Fatales 2012 kicks off tomorrow with a deliciously dark offering of fiction by Anna Harris, better known as TB's very own IslandGirl!!
It's IG's first of two pieces, and she joins five other past and present TBers and ten other wonderfully talented women writers in this month-long showcase.
I do hope you'll support your fellow-TBers and give them feedback on their stories or poetry. I'll post a link to each entry every day.

Thanks for all reading my stories. Been a bit busy of late.
