    Warm, overcast and a little breeze. Lovely.

    It was way too hot to sleep last night and I had the type of headache that normally indicates that thunder is imminent, but it didn't materialise.

    Just spent 4 and a half hours in the local park. Was great. All that greenery and space. Lots of friendly dogs around, racing about having fun. The great outdoors. Love it...(might help with the Vitamin D problem?)..
